Women's Hormone Balance
Chemical messengers, known as hormones, are critical to all aspects of health. Additionally, a hormone imbalance can create physical discomfort and other health symptoms. Women have an organ called the ovaries that produce estrogen and progesterone. MaxLiving women’s hormone balance contains a blend of vitamins, minerals, and extracts derived from plants that provide a comprehensive array of nutrients to balance estrogen and progesterone, as well as combat symptoms associated with PMS and menopause. †
Bio-DIM helps support balanced estrogen levels with this highly-absorbable formulation of diindolylmethane (DIM). † Cruciferous vegetables contain a compound called indole-3-carbinol, which when broken down in the body produces DIM. However, it is shown that eating two pounds of cruciferous vegetables only supplies the body with about 20-30mg of DIM. Therefore, Bio-DIM contains 100mg of DIM to provide additional support. Bio-DIM is ideal for both men and women, as it can regulate estrogen in women, and help ensure testosterone is not converted to estrogen in men.†
Max Fit will help you lose weight, build muscle, improve endurance, increase energy, and ease anxiety. This fitness supplement features decaffeinated green coffee bean extract and ashwagandha to support healthy blood glucose levels, weight and stress management, and cortisol regulation. It also contains glutamine, carnitine and creatine, supportive amino acids found in healthy foods.†

Hormones regulate many parts of the body. Women’s hormones are specifically important because they help to control PMS and menopause, which alter a woman's mood, appetite, and weight. Two of the most commonly known hormones in women are estrogen and progesterone. When these hormone levels are not balanced, they can cause issues and unwanted symptoms within the body. Even small changes in hormone levels can have a great effect on the entire body. Many hormone balance products contain artificial sweeteners and fillers, but MaxLiving’s Women’s Hormone Balance helps to balance these hormones with natural sources such as vitamins, minerals and herbal extracts. MaxLiving women’s hormone balance contains minerals that are highly bioavailable and many of the necessary nutrients to combat the effects of PMS and menopause.

Diindolylmethane is a substance that is produced when indole-3-carbinol is broken down in the body.5 It has a wide range of health benefits. Indole-3-carbinol is found in cruciferous vegetables, therefore DIM is produced as a result of consuming them. However, many people do not consume enough cruciferous vegetables in their daily diet. Additionally, even if they were consumed frequently, it is difficult to receive high amounts of DIM from diet alone. Bio-DIM contains 100mg of diindolylmethane formulated as a highly-absorbable product. Typically DIM as a supplement is not easily absorbed, but MaxLiving’s Bio-DIM is uniquely combined with MCT oil, vitamin E, and sunflower lecithin to optimally enhance the absorption of DIM, helping allow the body to receive maximum benefits.

So far doing ok noticing a little bit of a change. I do notice that I am not so quick to anger and my belly has gone down a little bit. I did have a side effect of my face breaking out at first like a 15 yr old but my body seems to do that with new things I do.
