Become an Ambassador Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

By applying to or participating in the MaxLiving Ambassador Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms govern your participation in the Program, including how you may promote MaxLiving products and how commissions are earned and paid.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.

You must operate a family-friendly platform with a primarily U.S.-based audience.

All applications are subject to review and approval by MaxLiving, in its sole discretion. MaxLiving may accept or reject any application for any reason.

3. Ambassador Relationship

Participation in the Program does not create any employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and MaxLiving. You participate as an independent contractor and are solely responsible for your content, marketing activities, and legal compliance.

4. Commissions

Approved Ambassadors earn commission on qualifying sales.

Commissions apply only to completed, paid orders and exclude refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and shipping fees.

MaxLiving reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify commission rates, eligibility criteria, or Program structure at any time.

5. Tracking & Attribution

Sales are only tracked through unique affiliate links provided by MaxLiving.

Only properly tracked and attributed transactions are eligible for commission.

MaxLiving is not responsible for lost tracking, reporting delays, or technical issues outside its control.

6. Payments

Commission payouts are processed through BILL (bill.com).

Approved Ambassadors must create or connect a valid BILL account to receive payments.

Payments are issued following a standard validation period to account for returns, chargebacks, fraud, or other adjustments.

7. Promotion Guidelines

You agree to promote MaxLiving responsibly and in alignment with brand standards.

You agree to:

Represent MaxLiving products truthfully and accurately.

Use only approved brand assets when provided.

Comply with FTC endorsement and disclosure requirements.

Comply with all applicable email and SMS marketing laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act.

You may not:

Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims.

Engage in spam, incentivized fraud, or artificial traffic generation.

Bid on MaxLiving-branded keywords or engage in trademark bidding.

Impersonate MaxLiving or misrepresent your relationship with the company.

Promote on non-family-friendly platforms or content environments.

Share affiliate links on coupon or deal aggregation websites without prior written approval.

Post affiliate links on MaxLiving-owned websites, social media channels, or digital properties.

8. Intellectual Property

MaxLiving grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use approved brand assets solely for participation in the Program. You may not modify, alter, or misuse MaxLiving trademarks, logos, or creative assets without prior written approval.

9. Termination

MaxLiving may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or misuse of the Program. You may also discontinue participation at any time. Upon termination, all rights granted under this agreement will immediately cease. MaxLiving reserves the right to withhold unpaid commissions in cases of violation, fraud, or abuse.

10. Modifications

MaxLiving reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MaxLiving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to participation in the Program.
